M.A.G.I.C. Clubs

After school clubs, sponsored by the John B. Gorrie Foundation, are fee-based classes offered to enhance your child’s overall experience at Gorrie. There are four, six-week sessions (some clubs have longer terms) offered each year. Each session includes a variety of offerings to meet the diverse interests of our students, including art, dance and sports.

Online enrollment for Session 4 will be enabled here once clubs are outlined and the registration opens.

In addition to M.A.G.I.C Clubs, there are many other programs offered throughout the year, particularly for 3rd - 5th graders, to help them prepare for their journey to Middle School. The following clubs are now taking applications and your child will be told about them during school. Before signing your child(ren) up for these clubs, please read the applications carefully and take special note of the time commitments.

  • Ambassador's Club: Download the Application
This Club is designed for 4th graders that allows them to grow their leadership, teamwork, public speaking, and community service skills in a fun, inclusive club format. PTA supports this club through Gorrie Cares and there is no cost. The meetings will take place during lunch on 5 designated Fridays. There will be extra opportunities for Ambassador students to participate as leaders in the Kindness Crew. These opportunities will be after school hours and involve additional time commitment outside of school.

  • Gorrie Music Notes: Mrs. Lamb is rolling out two music enrichment groups this fall. These include: Gorrie Chorus, Grades 3 - 5. Jammin' Jaguars, Grades 3 - 5. Registration Form

  • Chess Club: Chess Club will be held on Mondays from 1:00-2:15pm. Registration Form

More Clubs will become available throughout the year. Please come back often to learn abut new opportunities for your child(ren).
